• How REMA 1000 Stays Ahead: Innovative Retail Solutions Powered by Splunk: I was responsible for taking an existing outline and developing the content of the customer success story based on existing interviews with the customer, as well as communicating with the customer to best showcase their story. Published under the name of the PM.
• REMA 1000’s Dashboarding Best Practices: Reducing Time to Resolution with Accessible Data and End-to-End Visibility: same as above.
• Splunk Dashboard Studio end user documentation: I was responsible for the documentation, including responding to customer feedback. My goal was to provide accurate, clear documentation with useful examples to enable customers to leverage our features. Key topics I worked on during my time at Splunk:
