Hi, I’m In Hye (pronounced In Hey), a Vancouver-based technical and content writer. As a writer, my goal is to keep documentation accurate, concise, consistent, and helpful to my audience, whether intended for experienced or first-time users. I enjoy collaborating in cross-functional teams, learning about new authoring tools, and contributing to internal discussions on process improvement.

I was most recently at Splunk, working on end user documentation for Splunk Dashboard Studio, as well as UI text, blog posts, and workshop content. Before Splunk, I was at Fortinet, a leader in the cybersecurity space, for 8 years, where I acted as team lead and documented complex products. I am experienced in graphic design and writing blog posts and articles for organizational use. I’m interested in opportunities where I can expand these skills while learning about new technologies.

In my spare time, I like to read, attempt to survive hot yoga, and improve my cooking skills.
